Please take note: Overall, this vessel appears to be in typical condition following a period of neglect exceeding 12 months. The
bimini appears to be in good condition, with clear panels intact. However, the aft upholstery is showing signs of mold but could
potentially be cleaned. The interior upholstery seems to be in good shape, although the carpet requires cleaning. Considering its age, the
engine room is in fair condition. Upon inspection of the underside, the antifoul coating and anodes appear to be in good condition.
